Booking and deposits

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival in Egypt, or on arrival if you book within 30 days of travel.

Bookings made within 7 days of travel require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: full refund minus a 5% admin fee.

Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: no refund, though we will work with you to reschedule.

Changes to your itinerary

We will accommodate reasonable changes free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, subject to supplier availability.

Within 14 days, change requests are subject to supplier fees plus any rate differences.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. We are not liable for losses that would otherwise be covered by an insurance policy.

Liability

We act as an agent for transport providers, hotels, and cruise operators. We do not own these third-party services and are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by them.

Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the affected service.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or refund per the standard cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Cairo.
