How to book your Egypt trip

Five clear steps from your first message to airport drop-off. No call centers, no upselling, no friction.

  1. Step 1 — Send your enquiry

    Tell us what you have in mind. The more we know, the better the first draft.

    What helps most: rough travel dates, number of travelers and ages, must-sees (Pyramids? Nile cruise? Abu Simbel? Red Sea?), pace preference (slow, balanced, packed), budget tier (3★, 4★, 5★, luxury), and anything sensitive (mobility, dietary, kosher/halal, anniversaries).

    • Email — flexible, send whatever you want.

    • WhatsApp — fastest for back-and-forth questions.

    Don't worry about being precise. "Two of us, end of October, 8–10 days, would love a slow Nile cruise + Cairo, no Sharm please" is a perfect brief.

  2. Step 2 — We send a custom itinerary within 24 hours

    A real planner reads your message and builds a draft you can react to.

    What you receive:

    • A day-by-day itinerary in PDF and on-screen.

    • Hotel suggestions for each city (often two options at different price tiers).

    • A Nile cruise recommendation (boat, route, cabin category) where applicable.

    • A clear price breakdown — per-person package, supplements, what is included, what is not.

    • A short note from the planner explaining their choices.

    If we cannot meet your dates with the right quality (rare, e.g. high-season cruise capacity), we say so straight away rather than promising and disappointing later.

  3. Step 3 — Refine until it feels right

    We do as many revisions as you need, free of charge, before you pay anything.

    Common revisions in this stage:

    • Swap a hotel for a higher or lower category.

    • Replace a city or add a destination (Alexandria, Siwa, Marsa Alam).

    • Move from a 5★ cruiser to a small dahabiya (or vice versa).

    • Slow the pace — turn a 7-day trip into 9 days.

    • Remove a day-tour and replace with leisure time at a Red Sea resort.

    We respond to revisions within a few hours during Cairo office hours, faster on WhatsApp. There is no minimum number of changes you have to keep — if our first draft is right, we just confirm.

  4. Step 4 — Confirm with a 25% deposit

    Lock the trip in. We move suppliers from "on hold" to "confirmed" the same day.

    How payment works:

    • 25% deposit at booking time, balance due 30 days before arrival.

    • Bookings within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking.

    • Accepted: all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BitPay, and direct bank transfer in USD/EUR/GBP.

    • You receive a payment receipt, a final itinerary PDF, and a single-page summary you can show on arrival.

    Once your deposit is in, your price is locked — no surprise increases (see our Pricing & Payment Policy for the rare exceptions).

  5. Step 5 — Travel with full support

    From airport pickup to airport drop-off, you have one WhatsApp line to a real human in Cairo.

    What support looks like on the ground:

    • Airport pickup with your name on a sign and a private vehicle waiting.

    • Pre-arrival WhatsApp pack with hotel addresses, daily timing, guide names, and emergency contacts.

    • Daily check-ins from your planner during the trip — they know what is happening on each day.

    • 24/7 WhatsApp line for any issue (delayed flight, weather change, you want to swap a tour).

    • A single airport drop-off coordination at the end — including any luggage purchase or return-flight check-in help.

    After your trip, your planner follows up with a quick "how did it go" email. Your honest feedback shapes the next traveler's trip.

Common questions

How early should I book?

For October–March (peak season), we recommend booking 3–5 months ahead so we can lock the right hotels and cruise cabins. For shoulder months (April–May, September), 6–8 weeks is usually fine. For July–August (off-peak), even 2–3 weeks works.

Can I cancel after I pay the deposit?

Yes, with refund tiers depending on how far in advance you cancel. See our Cancellation Policy for the exact percentages.

Do I have to buy travel insurance through you?

No — and we do not sell insurance directly. We strongly recommend buying comprehensive travel insurance independently from the moment you book. We can recommend providers used by past travelers.

Will my planner change between booking and travel?

No — the planner who designed your trip stays with you all the way through, including 24/7 support during the trip itself.

Can I add things at the last minute?

Most things, yes. Hot air balloons, additional day tours, dinner cruises, even an extra night — we can add these inside 7 days of arrival, sometimes day-of. We will quote the supplier rate plus any small coordination cost (often zero).

Are kids welcome?
