Handles bespoke routings — Egypt + Jordan + Jerusalem combined trips, Western Desert oasis routes, and unusual requests like archaeology-deep-dive itineraries with private museum access. Worked previously at an Egyptian DMC before joining the team.
Coordinates group bookings (10+ travelers), honeymoons, anniversaries, and milestone birthdays. Works closely with hotels and Nile cruise operators on private dining, surprise upgrades, and group-photography sessions at the Pyramids.
Holds a degree in Egyptology from Cairo University and a Ministry-of-Tourism guiding licence. Leads our deep-dive private tours at the Pyramids, Saqqara, Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings — the kind where travelers want history with depth, not just photo stops.
Behind the scenes, manages every confirmed booking — hotels, cruises, domestic flights, guides, and ground transport. The reason airport pickups always show up on time and hotel rooms are pre-approved on the right floor with the right view.
Owns the pre-arrival pack (visa checklist, packing notes, restaurant suggestions) and the post-trip follow-up. The first person to message you after a Whatsapp delay or a flight schedule change.
